Code of Conduct

Kisspeptin 2022 is designed to increase interaction, engagement, collaboration, connections and community, in a fun and safe learning environment. We value the participation of each member of the community and endeavor to deliver an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Meeting participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others and maintain the highest level of professionalism.

 

All attendees, speakers, organizers, and guests are required to observe the following Code of Conduct:

 

The Organizers are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.  We consider harassment as any unwelcome conduct that is based on, or due to, and individual’s protected characteristics, including race, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, etc. We consider sexual harassment to include, but not be limited to, any unwelcome sexual flirtations, advances, or propositions; verbal comments or physical actions of a sexual nature; sexually degrading words; sexually explicit jokes; and offensive, unwanted physical contact; physical or verbal abuse, intimidation, threats, efforts to annoy others, harassment, stalking, pushing, shoving or use of any physical force whatsoever against any person.

 

All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for the conference. Be kind to others. Do not insult or defame participants. Harassment in any form, sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not condoned. Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave or removed from the conference at the sole discretion of the Organizers.
